The best way to reach me is by email:

welcome(at)jocon.com

I welcome inquiries about consulting, coaching, assessments, and training across my core areas of expertise — including leadership, organizational and talent development, team effectiveness, and Korn Ferry certifications.

When contacting me, please include your full name, organization, professional role, and a brief description of your inquiry. This helps me understand your context and how I can best support you.

I aim to respond promptly and, where appropriate, will be happy to arrange an initial online meeting.
