Our History
| 1996 | Jocon founder Beat Johner is trained by Mike Lombardo and Bob Eichinger - the founding fathers of Lominger - becoming one of their first Independent Master Associates in Europe. |
| 2004 | Jocon is founded as a niche consultancy, focusing on talent consulting, competency model alignment, and certifications in the Leadership Architect® and Learning Agility Architect® Suites. |
| 2006 | Lominger is acquired by Korn Ferry; Jocon incorporates additional instruments and solutions from the Korn Ferry portfolio. |
| 2010 | Beat Johner joins the Global Associate Council of Independent Korn Ferry Associates, representing Europe. |
| 2012 | Beat Johner is elected to the Global Platinum Group, the top tier of Independent Korn Ferry Associates. |
| 2012 | Korn Ferry acquires PDI Ninth House; Jocon incorporates instruments and solutions from the combined portfolio. |
| 2015 | Korn Ferry acquires Hay Group; Jocon integrates additional tools from the expanded portfolio. |
