Leadership Architect™ 101 is based on the legacy Lominger competency library that includes 67 competencies. The course provides a common framework and language to align talent and build a solid foundation for talent management. The course lays the foundation for competency work and qualifies as the pre-requisite course as you move to more specialized approaches on the competency track.
