Training Formats

Some Korn Ferry products are «restricted», which means that accreditation training is required before you can purchase/use the products. We are entitled to train/certify you in all restricted (and non-restricted) Korn Ferry products. For this we offer different training formats:

  1. In-house «Master Classes»: Training format allows for customization to make over-all points for the benefit of the specific audience. 
There is flexibility in terms of content, methodology and duration. Participants are from the same company.


  2. In-house «Certifications»: Training format meets industry accreditation specifications. Content, methodology and duration are pre-defined and approved by HRCI. Participants are from the same company.


  3. «Public certifications»: Training format meets industry accreditation specifications. Content, methodology and duration are pre-defined and approved by HRCI. Participants are from different companies.


  4. Private Certification or Master Class: An individual 1:1 session either in the format of a tailor-made Master Class customized to your specific needs or in the format of a certification that meets industry accreditation specifications approved by HRCI. 



    The above formats all qualify as official accreditation. In addition, we also provide:

  5. «Line Manager Trainings»: Training format is intended for Line Managers. It can be fully customized to their needs in content, methodology and duration. It is typically shorter than a certification or “Master Class” (e.g. ½ day). The focus is on the practicality and use of the instruments; there is less coverage of the underlying research.


  6. «Overview Trainings»: Training format provides an overview of all Korn Ferry instruments, or alternatively, a selection of desired instruments. The training can be fully tailored to your needs.

Formats e) and f) do not qualify as official accreditation.
